FIELD EXPERIENCES
In recent years, GATE students have had the opportunity to take educational field trips to enhance cross-curricular units of study. Destinations have included San Francisco, Sacramento, Catalina Island, Museum of Tolerance, Bowers Museum, Physics Day at Knott?s, Workshop in the Woods, IMAX Theater, and the Performing Arts Center.
SHOWTIME
At the end of this year our students will present ?ShowTime,? an evening of awards and presentations to entertain and delight students, teachers, and parents alike. Students select an area of expertise and present a lesson first to their peers, parents, and teachers to demonstrate their knowledge of the topic. The result is truly amazing!
