The above list of student Discipline should be handled by the teacher, at the time of the incident. Possible consequences should include: Parent contact, possible warnings, Teacher detention. If the behavior occurs often or regularly, teacher may refer student to Counselor/Assistant Principal. In this case teacher must provide record of offenses, consequences and dates of parent contact.
